Dear families,

We are so excited to welcome you all for in-clinic appointments! As many of our procedures have changed in an effort to keep all patients and staff safe and healthy during this time, we ask that you please take the time to thoroughly read the important information below to help make your first appointment back go smoothly and safely!

  • Wellness Questionnaire: When you arrive for your appointment, your clinician will ask you a series of quick questions regarding your child's health and the health of your child's immediate family. If anyone in your family is ill, we will ask that you please reschedule your appointment or switch to telehealth for that day. If you have questions regarding this policy, just give us a call!

  • Temperature Check: When you arrive at the center, please remain in your car until the start time of your appointment. At that time, we ask that you please proceed to the entrance (no need to call before entering!), where you may see lines for social distancing on the ramp. When it is time for your child’s appointment, a clinician will greet you at the front of the waiting room. Both caregiver and child will have their temperatures checked. We are using an infrared thermometer, so you can let your child know that it looks a bit different from one they may use at home, but will not touch their skin! If you or your child has a temperature over 100 degrees, we will ask you to please reschedule your appointment.

  • Masks: We ask that adults wear masks for check-in, and if children are able to as well, that’s great! If your child is not able to wear a mask at this time, we understand. Please let your child know that all of our staff members will be wearing masks (and oftentimes goggles as well) at all times to help keep everyone healthy!

  • Waiting Room Closed: Once temperatures are taken, your child’s clinician will escort your child into the waiting room bathroom for hand washing, and then into the gym. At this time, we are asking that all parents/siblings come no further than the front of the waiting room (unless otherwise discussed with your child's clinician) to limit the spread of germs.

  • Gym Activities: At this time, certain hard-to-clean activities in the gym will remain closed. Please let your child know ahead of time that the zipline and ball pit are currently closed, however there are plenty of toys, games, and swings to choose from!

  • Pickup: At pickup time, we ask that you again come to the front of the waiting room where your child and their clinician will meet you.

  • Paperwork and Payment: Because we are asking parents and caregivers to refrain from coming past the front vestibule during this time, all paperwork and payment will be completed virtually. Any necessary paperwork will be emailed to families prior to their appointment. At this time, we are asking that families pay for their session in one of the ways below:

    • Keep a credit card on file to run the day of the appointment(s) – please email our front desk if you would like to do this

    • Call our front desk before or at the time of your child’s appointment to pay with a credit card via phone

    • Mail a check to be received by the date of service

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email us at any time. We look forward to seeing you soon!
