Quadruped lifts

On your hands and knees, lift left arm and right leg off the floor and straighten, and return to starting position. Repeat with opposite side, raising right arm and left leg up. Perform 20x total.  Can also reach opposite elbow to knee, crunching in toward stomach; 10x each side.
