Heel cord wall stretch

Place hands on wall with body at an angle (leaning in towards wall). Bring one leg further away from a wall, keeping toes pointed forward toward wall, and lean forward onto the wall with hands until you feel a stretch in the back of your lower leg. Hold for 30 sec. Perform 3x each leg.
