What ages are BAC birthday parties best for?
We welcome children of all ages! We’re happy to chat about what would feel just right for your child.
Would a BAC birthday party be appropriate for neurodivergent kids or kids with physical disabilities?
Absolutely. Our gym was built with accessibility and inclusivity in mind, and our team is trained to support a wide range of abilities. If you'd like to share more about your child’s unique preferences or needs, we're here to listen and make this celebration special for them.
Are birthday parties offered at both BAC locations?
We currently only offer birthday parties at our Natick location (10 Tech Circle, Natick MA 01760).
Can siblings or extra guests join in?
Your party includes up to 10 children. You’re welcome to include up to 5 additional guests for $15 per child (15 children total). Let us know if you have questions about group size - we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Can we bring decorations or goodie bags?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring decorations, party favors, or other themed supplies. We just ask that everything you bring into our space is safe and easy to clean up.
What about food?
Due to allergy concerns, the Boston Ability Center does not provide any food, cake, or beverages. You’re welcome to bring your own!
Do adults need to stay during the party?
The birthday VIP's caregiver(s) should remain on-site for the duration of the party. If party guests require additional support, it is recommended that their caregiver(s) remain on site, as well. BAC staff is available during the party to help with equipment and answer any questions as needed.
Can I tour the space ahead of time?
Of course! Contact us by calling 781‑239‑0100 or email frontdesk@bostonabilitycenter.com, and we’d be happy to schedule a time for you to see our facilities and ask any questions in person.
