About The Event
Join BAC staff for a fun fitness class that uses partners and teamwork to build a lifestyle of healthy habits for all. BAC Boot camp will combine cardio, weight lifting techniques, body weight strengthening and interval training to meet individual fitness goals. Group runs from 11/21-2/6 with no group on 11/28, 12/26, or 1/2.

CLINICIAN APPROVAL REQUIRED! If you are interested in registering your child for Boot Camp and have not yet spoken to one of our clinicians, please call 781-239-0100 before purchasing ticket. One of our clinicians would be happy to speak with you to confirm if this group is an appropriate fit for your child. Ticket includes 9 week session.
