About The Event
A spring of fitness and fun at The Boston Ability Center! Hybrid format offers the ability to participate virtually or in-person each week, simultaneously! In-person participation will be at the Boston Ability Center's Natick location (10 Tech Circle). Children ages 9-16 of all abilities will improve endurance, strength and flexibility. Work with peers and coaches via zoom or in-person to engage your mind and body and have fun!
