About The Event
A spring of fitness and fun at The Boston Ability Center! All group sessions now taking place in-person at the Boston Ability Center's Natick location (10 Tech Circle). Children ages 9-16 of all abilities will improve endurance, strength and flexibility. Work with peers and coaches to engage your mind and body and have fun!
Thursdays, 5:30-6:15pm
