Hopping on one foot

Stand on one foot and hop 5-8x (ages 3-4), or >10x (ages 4+), on each foot, without putting opposite foot down. Repeat with opposite foot.


*Modification: may use wall support or hand held support to work on hopping if unable to perform independently.
