Welcome Back!

Dear BAC Families, It's hard to believe that we are already nearing the end of May! Despite our physical offices being closed, it has been a busy month at the BAC! Along with providing teletherapy, taking lots of continuing education courses to stay up to date on the latest evidence-based treatment methods, and a few other socially distant projects around the office (stay tuned for some exciting Wellesley office updates!), our team has been hard at work preparing for our eagerly awaited reopening. With that, we are writing to provide answers to many of your questions surrounding what this may look like. Do you have plans to reopen? Yes! As of now, we are hoping to slowly resume in-clinic services at our Natick facility starting on June 1st. As you may have guessed, in-clinic services will look a bit different than before as we work to limit the number of people in the building at any given time. While we miss the energetic buzz of our waiting rooms and gym spaces, our priority is the health and safety of all families and staff, and careful consideration will be given to the way we operate in the upcoming weeks. What does this mean for my family? If you are interested in resuming in-clinic services come the start of June, please fill out an interest form using the link below. Please know that we will be starting with small teams of clinicians in the building on any given day (one per discipline), so we will be asking for your flexibility surrounding which clinician your child sees in the clinic. In-person services will only be provided at our Natick facility to start. In-clinic Services Interest Form If you are currently receiving or would like to initiate telehealth services, these services will continue to be provided for as long as insurance companies will cover this form of service delivery. What safety procedures and cleaning protocols are being put in place? Your child and family's safety is our utmost priority at this time! Please click below for a complete description of the safety procedures and cleaning protocols we will be strictly adhering to in the upcoming weeks. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email us at any time. We understand that every family's situation is unique. Safety Procedures and Cleaning Protocols We appreciate your patience as our reopening gets underway! While it is our hope to initiate this process starting on June 1st, we anticipate that it will take some time to schedule all families who are interested in resuming in-person sessions. In the meantime, please check out the BAC's social media for some other fun updates! (@bostonabilitycenter)
