Saving You a Seat at the Table
Summer Feeding Groups for Young People & Caregivers
Led by a licensed occupational therapist with experience supporting feeding goals
With a little more flexibility and a little less school-year hustle, summer can be a great time to focus on growing skills and confidence. We're excited to offer virtual feeding groups that support individuals and families in meaningful, practical ways.

Whether you're looking to build confidence around food, develop practical feeding strategies, or connect with others navigating similar challenges, our groups are designed to provide education, support, and individualized guidance in a welcoming environment.

Our groups may be a good fit if your child, teen, or young adult:
✔ Has a limited range of preferred foods
✔ Feels stress or anxiety around eating
✔ Avoids certain textures or foods
✔ Has difficulty with new foods or flexibility
✔ Wants more confidence with meals or social eating

"My sister and I both work with Stephanie; we're both Autistic young adults. I'm grateful to have found a place and person who works with me on skills that most people my age already have, while also treating me like a fellow adult and not a child."
