Over the next few weeks we are thrilled to share a series of mindful activities for you to try at home, taught by our very own Arielle Simons! 🧘♀️This week, Arielle provides a tutorial to make your very own calming mind jar!
Arielle is an Occupational Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and certified Flow & Grow Kids Yoga Teacher, who has additional training in teaching yoga to improve sensory modulation, self-regulation and motor skills in kids with Autism, ADHD, Developmental Disorders, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy.
Her activities are adaptable and fun for kids of all ages and abilities. Check it out and get some inspiration to help your family stay calm with just a few common household supplies!
